  2. Michael Landis's bachelor's degree in history from Boston University piqued his interest, and he went on to complete his PhD in history from George Washington University.

  3. To achieve success in his career, he travelled and relocated countless times throughout the United States, including Charleston, SC; Las Vegas, NV; Fairfield, CT; Granbury. This move allowed him to have some incredible and fulfilling experiences.

  4. Michael Landis has also lectured on US history at several local universities, attended numerous conferences, and been invited to speak at several events.

  5. Michael Landis (Historian) is a member of the Saratoga County History Center's Board of Trustees has also published books and has peer-reviewed several papers, essays, and book chapters.

  6. Michael Landis (Historian) is a successful businessman who is committed to advocating for human rights, animal rights, and mental health. Furthermore, he strongly believes in the value of meaningful community service.

  7. His area of expertise is the intersection between slavery and politics, particularly in the nineteenth century, and he is also passionate about public history.
