While he was with Tri City Developers, LLC, he developed commercial real estate for the GSA. In January of 2010, he co-founded Direct Invest USA Holdings, LLC and continued to develop commercial real estate for the GSA, which procures offices spaces for the federal government.While he was with Tri City Developers, LLC, Haas developed commercial real estate and then leased it out to the General Services Administration (GSA). In 2010, he co-founded Direct Invest USA Holdings, LLC.
