  15. Capacity Matrices are based on a Langford tool. They were designed to break down topic areas into steps to achieve a result. They include tasks, knowledge levels, & understandings.

  16. Capacity matrices should be constructed by the shareholders & created to meet the needs of your group. They are for self assessment, not evaluation.
