  1. The Christ-Centered Life • Walk Worthy • Walk Differently

  2. Walk Differently So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer walk as the Gentiles do . . . Ephesians 4:17

  3. Walk Differently So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer walk as the Gentiles do . . . in the futility of their thinking. They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them . . . Ephesians 4:17-18

  4. Walk Differently …separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them . . . due to the hardening of their hearts.  Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, with a continual lust for more. Ephesians 4: 18-19

  5. Hardened Heart WILL Dark Mind/ Ignorance MIND Callous Sensual Greedy for more BEHAVIOR

  6. Walk Differently You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds;and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. Ephesians 4: 18-19

  7. Walk Differently You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires;  to be made new in the attitude of your minds; to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

  10. Take a Step ASK 1. What have I done today that only a Christian would do? 2. If strangers were to view my life for a day, what would they conclude about me? . . . my priorities? . . . my faith? 3. Are there habits, activities or attitudes that I need to “take off?” Because of God’s great love for us, Christ came and paid our debt and made us His child. We are bought with a price – His death. We belong to Him.

  11. Take a Step ACT 1. Today, I decide to “take off” _______________. 2. Today, I will look at my choices and actions with a new mind. 3. Today, I will begin to make it a priority for my life to be marked by Christ-centered love and service. So, I will ________________. “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit? You are not your own, you are bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God with your body” (1 Cor. 6:19-20).
