Why the CO-OP? • End goal:…to see the quality of life for an entire neighborhood changed and transformed. • Sustainable change:…neighborhood transformation based on economic development, home ownership and local leadership. • Sustainable change that is scalable: …a replicable model that can be adapted to any neighborhood.   17. What do we need to get there? Plan to raise $950,000 initially • Level One Funding: Start-up Funds • Level Two Funding: Initial “Development Funds” • Level Three Funding: Ongoing Funding (Years 2-3)

What do we need to get there? • $225,000 - Start Up Capital / Level One Funding • Launch Co-Op as “Backbone Organization” • Evidence-based system to track and measure results • Launch (2) Community Transformation Initiatives • Year two OPEX funds for Co-Op and CTI’s • $225,000 – Community Development Capital / Level Two Funding • Re-neighboring / Housing Development Initiative (4-6 houses) • Mission House / Year-long “immersion” experience in urban ministry • $500,000 – Economic Development Capital / Level Three Funding

What do we need to get there? • Already raised $90,000 of the $225,000 for Level One Funding • $80,000 From Co-Op Partnering Churches • $10,000 From interested individuals • *Commitment for Level 2 Funding (when $125,000 from Level One Funding is reached) • $200,000 of the projected $225,000 • *Commitment for Level 3 Funding • $250,000 of the projected $500,000
