  2. About Me • Purdue University Graduate • Student Taught at Zionsville Community High School • Both Classroom and Tutoring Experience • Second Year at Creekside Middle School

  3. Class Materials • 3 –Ring Binder (Dividers, Paper, Notes) • Scientific Calculator • Textbook • Blue Workbooks • Pencil(s) • Supplies necessary for most (if not all) in-class activities will be provided

  4. Grading • Tests and Quizzes: 90% Homework: 10% • Homework graded by:1) Completion 2) Check/Plus/Minus3) Exit Tickets 4) Homework Quiz • Test re-takes require a completed RETAKE CONTRACT.Tests don’t leave school • If at any point “CLO” comes up on assessment, it is only for teacher reference
