Self directed learning • Allow 8-10 hours to read and consider the materials • Theoretical report • Synthesis report • Powerpoint Modules • Reflect on your own experience • How do you feel about your own appearance? In what ways do these feelings influence your behaviour? • Does the appearance of your trainees have an impact on your behaviour? • Does their appearance and the way they feel about it affect their self perceptions or behaviour • Does appearance affect your trainees chances of achieving good outcomes from their training (for example, in obtaining employment) • Discuss these experiences with your colleagues in relation to their work • After completing each module • Consider whether and how you could apply your new knowledge in your practice • Reconsider the material again after further experience in practice LifeLong Learning Programme This project has been funded with support from the European Commission. 527463-LLP-1-2012-1-UK-LEONARDO-LMP.
