  6. 高危險群的附件特徵 通常信件只要有下列的特徵，就可能是有病毒的垃圾郵件： 1.信件主題與內容無關，且一次傳送給多個收件者的信件。 2.收件者並沒有明確要求接受該信件。 3.短時間內重複，或大量傳送來的同一封信 4.未經收件者許可就自動寄送而來，且不能透過常態性管道進行退訂動作的信件。

  7. 高危險群的附件特徵 • 5.寄件欄空白，或是怪異的標題名稱 這樣的標題....你會開啟嗎? 寄件者是誰?

  8. 不小心開啟帶有病毒的檔案怎麼辦…… 趕緊刪除該檔案並進行掃毒
