REASONS FOR UNANSWERED PRAYER 1) IT DOESN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING. 2) IT LACKS FAITH. 3) WE DID NOT WAIT ON GOD TO ANSWER, WE MOVED AHEAD OF GOD. 4) ACTION WAS REQUIRED ON OUR PART, NOT PRAYER. 5) WE SOUGHT TO CHANGE GOD'S DECLARED WILL. 6) IT DISREGARDED GOD'S KNOWN WILL. 7) OUR HEARTS ARE UNCLEAN. 8) WE LACK COMPASSION AND GRACE IN LIVING OUR LIVES. 9) WE ARE INVOLVED IN STRIFE. 10) OUR PRAYER WAS OFFERED IN PRIDE AND ARROGANCE. 11) OUR PRAYER WAS PROMPTED BY SELFISH, ULTERIOR MOTIVES. 12) WE HAVE ILL WILL AND HATRED TOWARD OTHERS. 13) IT IS INSPIRED BY CARNAL MOTIVE AND NOT BY THE SPIRIT. 14) IT WAS ACCOMPANIED BY UNCONFESSED, CONSCIOUS SIN. 15) IT IS AN EXPRESSION OF MEANINGLESS, THOUGHTLESS AND REPETITIVE PHRASES. 16) IT SEEKS TO AVOID NECESSARY AND DESERVED CHASTISEMENT. 17) IT SEEKS TO UNDO THE PAST.
