  3. 三、方法与内容 • （一）文昌鱼的形态结构 1、外形（无头类） 腹褶 腹孔 奇鳍 肌节 肛门 2、整体装片 口笠（前庭、轮器、触须、缘膜） 咽鳃裂 围鳃腔 肠 肝盲囊 脊索和背神经管 眼点（背神经管前端， 无视觉功能）和脑眼（背神经管侧壁上黑色小点，感光功能）
