A PRIMEIRA IMPRESSÃO • Através do contato inicial = impacto inicial que um causa ao outr, estará concidionada: • FATORES PSICOLÓGICOS • EXPERIÊNCIA ANTERIOR • EXPECTATIVAS • MOTIVAÇÃO • Poderá ser positiva – haverá tendências de simpatia (dos dois lados) que facilitará as relações ineterpessoais; • Quando são negativas – torna – se difícil o relacionamento, trazendo aborrecimentos desnecessários. ATIVIDADE EM GRUPO Com base na teoria estudada, e acontecimentos relacionados as atividades ao trabalho do (a) secretário (a) executivo(a), desenvolver a atividade: • Papel de diretor • Papel de secretário executivo • Papel de colaboradores • Grupo deverá montar uma cena de relacionamento humano no ambiente de trabalho (20 minutos) • Apresentar a cena à classe (5 minutos) • Discutir a cena e propor soluções (em grupo)(10 minutos) Professora - Irene Reis
