  2. SUGGESTIONS IN ENGLISH Here is the problem :

  3. What should teachers and PREP school do ? Teachers should / ought to give students presentation homework. Speaking finals could be more difficult and have %50 percent in the finals. Prep School had better have 8 hours of speaking lesson Teachers had better not speak in Turkish at all.

  4. What Could Students Do ? Students should / ought tospeak English with their friends in the school. They could prepare extra homework to practice their English and show it in the class. Students had better not memorize in the finals and midterms.

  5. Should / ought to offers suggestions and possibilities. They have the same meaning. It is stronger than “could”. HAD BETTER is close to SHOULD/OUGHT TO, but HAD BETTER is stronger. ( including threat meaning)

  6. I’m having trouble in English class. • ----you should talk to your teacher • ----you could talk to your teacher. • 1. advice, strong, necessary • 2. just an alternative

  7. WRITE SUGGESTIONS FOR THE PROBLEMS. USE COULD, SHOULD/OUGHT TO and HAD BETTER

  8. Hi _________________, I know you are having trouble studying for the tests. I just read some study tips online. Here are some advice : 1 . (could ) ________________________________ 2 .
