  1. About Us: A Mindful Guide for Awakening Transformation is an eclectic and comprehensive approach to learning. Here You will learn to use your frustration and pain as a signal, rather than an excuse to get angry at (and maybe blame, criticize or shame) challenging people or difficult circumstances in your life. It will propel you towards self-realization and self-advocacy. It will connect you with your innate power, wisdom and peace. Through courageous self-inquiry and a commitment to your own growth, you’ll be able to turn difficulties into ease and increase your capacity for mindfulness in everyday life. Mindful Guides is your treasure map. Your map to your whole, confident, joyful and capable self.

All Included with the course: • Teaching Videos • Guided Meditations • Body-Mind Exercises • Informative Articles • Effective Communication Tools and Journaling Activities • Upon enrollment, you will receive your own username and password to access the course teachings online. Mindful Guides course is comprised of 6 lessons. A new lesson will appear in your portal every two weeks. In between lessons, you’ll receive check-in emails with nuggets of inspiration to support you along your courageous path of growth and healing. The course will take 12 weeks to complete to give you time to fully integrate and practice the teachings. Time is essential for transformation.You’ll also have the opportunity to pose your own questions that might arise during this course and take part in a private Facebook community of Mindful Guides participants!
