  2. INTRODUCTION Psychotherapy is often known as talk therapy. In which a person is allowed to spare some time with the specialists to discuss their problem. From that they will identify the behavioral pattern of a particular person and advise them to take necessary steps to come out of the situation.   3. Psychotherapy for Depression Cognitive Therapy:- Cognitive therapy will affect a person's emotions. When you need something or have something it will give a good feeling, but if you don't have that you will be having some negative thoughts in your mind.
