CRM-SalesForce • Being in the sales industry we thought it would be better if we were more friendly to our customers. • The CRM helps us communicate with the customers quicker and more effectively than we would be able to with an ERP system. It is also more suited towards creating great customer relationships. • Since we have bike testing, crash testing, bike repair, and bike sales; we have to be in contact with our customers and be able to maintain healthy relationships. SalesForce CRM product lets us do just that through their Service Cloud.

Advertising Revenue Model • What it is? • Gaining revenue from consumers seeing the advertisement and being interested in what they are looking at. • How we use it? • We will be using other companies such a Blogger, Facebook, and a Web server so that our advertisement will be posted in their page so that consumers are able to see our company and click to see our products

  20. Sales Revenue Model • What it is? • Derive revenue by selling goods, information, or services to customers. • How we use it? • Due to the fact we are a sales company we rely on our sales in our store as well as online to develop our revenue.

Gidsy • What Gidsy.com is? • A place where consumers are able to go to see where activities regarding our companies services and events. • Why we use it? • This lets people see photos of our events along with a description on what the consumer is receiving. Customers are also able to review our events to helps us become better along with see if other consumers want to use. • Gives us the option to reserve places where we are doing the services such as training courses.

  22. Talkto • What Talkto.com is? • It’s a way for consumers to be able to text businesses to ask about certain products or services. This gives them immediate feed back and information • How we use it? • Since we are able to customize bikes the consumer will be able to text us to see where in the process their bike is as well as are able to change certain aspects that they decide on.

Facebook • What Facebook is? • Facebook.com lets companies advertise, make pages, and talk to customers just so that customers are more likely to come to their business. • How we use it? • We have a page where consumers can like and refer us to other consumers. This lets everyone know our name and what we do. Also we are able to sell some of our goods through Marketplace where customers can see the price and the type of things we sell

Magisto • What is Magisto.com? • Gives people the ability to develop their own video to share on the web • How we use it? • We take the videos of our team racing, our training videos, and our event videos and throw them together and let magisto.com edit them. After that we put them on Facebook and other advertising mediums.
