  2. About Dr. Eric R. Mintalar, DDS, LLC Dr. Mintalar attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California, and graduated in 1988. In 1985, he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California.
