  2. Business Travel Preparedness Travel is an important component of conducting business withMass General'sclients and partners. Business travel requires a substantial investment of your time and can introduce unfamiliar situations that may lead to disruptive incidents if you are not properly prepared. For these reasons,Mass General provides employees with access to the Worldcue®TRAVELER service, providing emailed alerts and online access to: • Destination intelligence • Travel information • Travel tools This presentation provides an introduction to the WorldcueTRAVELER service.

  3. OverviewWorldcue®TRAVELER The WorldcueTRAVELER service begins when you book a trip. You will automatically receive: A Welcome Email with a link to a Trip Brief of useful information about your destination(s) E-mailed ThreatAlerts sent to you before and during your trip – as well as Health Alerts through 30 days after your return Access to a personalized Website via a link in your Welcome Email, including: Your Profile information A Trips summary page Location Intelligence related to your destination Global Travel Tips to keep you safe and productive Other online Tools commonly used by travelers

  4. Welcome Email • Here is a Welcome Email. You will get: • Destination information • Travel Alerts • A link to update your personal profile and view online tools and intelligence • A link to a downloadable Trip Brief

  5. Threat Alerts iJET will automatically email you Threat Alerts, 24x7, whenever there are events that may impact your business travel. Alerts are sent to your primary email address and up to two additional email addresses during your trip. Health Alerts are sent up to 30 days after your return.

  6. Secured LoginPersonal Website Access your personal website from a link in your Welcome Email*. Create your password to activate your account. *NOTE: After you have activated your account, you can no longer access the site using the link from your Welcome Email. Visit https://traveler.worldcue.com and bookmark it for future use.

  7. My ProfilePersonal Website The My Profile screen gives you one place to store personal and travel information. On the “Profile” tab, click the green “Edit” button to make additions or edits. Select the severity of alerts you will receive: Critical– Will impact travel Warning – May impact travel Informational– Monitoring situation, no immediate action is required Follow the text prompts to fill out your Employee Profile and Contact Information completely. NOTE: If you want to receive alerts via SMS, add your SMS address as the secondary or tertiary address.

  8. My Profile – Travel Info TabPersonal Website Click on the Travel Info tab to add your contact information for while you’re traveling, including passport information. Enter travel contact and passport information for easy reference.

  9. My Profile – Emergency Contact TabPersonal Website Click to the Emergency Contact tab to enter this critical information. When this is complete, click on the Trips tab on the top navigation bar.

  10. TripsPersonal Website The Trips tab provides a view of your trips: past, present and future. • View and print Travel Reports for each trip • Edit information about your travel itinerary • (Example: add hotel and rental car information)

Location IntelPersonal Website The Location Intel screen is your portal to information and reports on the destinations you care about. • Read Important Notices from your organization (if any) • View active Alerts • Review a Security Rating summary • Read Reports: Trip Brief, Health, Security and • Immunization Briefs • Access Tools: exchange rate, weather, time zones
