  2. CAD Solid Primitives • The last exercises, Chapter 6, provided a general introduction to creating solid models. • Chapter 7 will continue by introducing the different options for creating solid objects from primitive shapes.

  3. Printing Through Word • Step 1: Turn off the Grid. • Step 2: CHANGING BACKGROUND TO WHITE • Choose from MENU bar TOOLS; OPTIONS • Select DISPLAY tab & change Viewport Background Color to 15 (white); Click OK

  4. Printing Through Word • Step 3: Copy to Clipboard • From MENU bar EDIT; COPY TO CLIPBOARD; RASTER; • Select Area to copy by specifying two points for box. • Step 4: In WORD (or POWERPOINT) • PASTE

  5. In-Class Assignment #27: Cozy Cup • Chap 7 - Create the Cozy Cup Object on p. 191 in Project Book. • Copy and paste the cup into Microsoft Word (be sure to include all necessary information on the Word document)

  6. Assignment • Read Camera Lab 3 material • Write a one-page summary of Camera Lab #3 background material
