INFORME DE AVANCE COLCIENCIAS PLAN PUEBLA PANAMÁ Proyecto Presentado en Octubre de 2007 ante la Comisión Intersectorial del PPP Asistencia para el diseño e implementación de instrumentos de financiación de actividades de ciencia, tecnología e innovación en el sector productivo de países del Plan Puebla – Panamá. OBJETIVO: Prestar asistencia técnica a los organismos de política y promoción en el diseño e implementación de instrumentos de financiación de la ciencia, la tecnología e innovación en el sector productivo.

  5. INFORME DE AVANCE COLCIENCIAS PLAN PUEBLA PANAMÁ PLAN DE TRABAJO 2008-2009 Culminar el periodo de diseño y ajuste de los proyectos de cooperación planteados. Iniciar la fase de búsqueda de financiación, con el BCIE o con otros organismos multilaterales, tales como BID y CAF. Remisión de los proyectos de cooperación al CMC para su aprobación, cumpliendo con la metodología propuesta por este organismo. Implementación de los proyectos en los países PPP.
