Models employing the "DES" - in • DES implemented two models of employment:       - The classic model of employment       - Model called "preparation for employment," which is conducted in         Work center for people with disabilities The classic model of employment consists of the following activities: Legal and Personnel Services DES recruiting and selection procedures carried out those employees who are disabled for that is undoubtedly found to be high quality and with more than 50% of the estimated operating efficiency (compared to a person without a disability the same level of education and age) to transact business and tasks for which they are intended employment.
