Missions and organization • An opened virtual administrative ticket office opened 24h/24 ; • An electronic front office of the administration; it allows to direct effectively the citizens to the good service ; • A messaging system : it is also the possibility to directly ask questions to administrators ; • A database of address and phone numbers of the local public utilities (city halls, prefectures, hospitals) ; • An access for the partially-sighted persons ; • A great success in France. Objectives and Interest • To create services facilitating the everyday life of all the citizens ; • To group together 68 applications in different domains (the law, the culture, the education, the employment, the consumption, the handicap, the health, the local life, the tourism, etc.); • All applications share 4 essential characteristics : they serve the general interest, they are free for the users, accessible and user-friendly for new users ; • Success of applications across French borders.   12. Perspectives • 3 to 5 million persons are regulars users. Young and urban citizens but this tool is really appreciated by seniors and new internet users ; • French administration develops the first European Portal of free services to the citizens on mobile phone, ProximaMobile.eu; • The opening of the labelling campaign.
