No further Internal action to be taken VC decision (2) Student guilty penalty imposed Student not guilty Decision & penalty accepted Student appeals Decision & penalty accepted D.O. grants appeal No grounds for appeal Note (1) VC may suspend or exclude student pending prosecution or hearing. (2) Following a decision not to prosecute or the completion of a prosecution the VC decides whether or not to refer case to Disciplinary process. (3) Students may appeal against decision to the visitor. Committee of Appeal Guilt confirmed penalty amended (3) Guilt confirmed penalty confirmed Resolution of DC rescinded Case Closed
