  16. PREAMBLE • Quality healthcare is the privilege of only a small percentage of the population. Only 60% of India lives in villages and over 20% of the remaining lives in chawls and slums. Most of them are struggling for their daily sustenance, leave alone having surplus for even basic healthcare. • According to a WHO team - which stated after it had surveyed India’s healthcare - that if Indians are to enjoy better health, utmost importance should be given to primary and preventive healthcare.

  17. PREAMBLE • The project keeps in mind Bhagawan’s words that efforts to serve must spring from a concern for the suffering of others and the service must be a genuine effort to get rid of that anguish. Bhagawan has told his devotees:- “Do not wait for the opportunity to serve, go out and grab the opportunity which is already available”. • Hospitals & Clinics play a useful role but a vast number of diseases can be nipped in the bud by providing timely treatment and thus avoiding complicated treatment at a later stage. The Mobile Dispensary is the “MOST VIABLE ALTERNATIVE” in terms of cost, time and manpower resources.

  18. SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION The easiest and the most fruitful expression of Dharma today consists in seva, service as worship of the Divine around you. Avatars of God are engaged in service, that is why Avatars happen. Hence when you offer services to mankind the Avatar will naturally be pleased and you can win grace.

  19. SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION God will not ask you when and where did you do service? He will ask with what motive did you do it? What was the intention that prompted you. Yearn for service of the divine forms that moves around you.
