CDSE: Latest Initiatives • FSO CI Certificate Program • Completion of 12 CI courses and an exam • (9 existing and 3 new CI courses) • 3 “new” CI courses being developed FY14 • Certificate program to be deployed in FY15 • Getting Started Seminar for New FSOs • Expanding to 2 full days – expanding CI portion • FSO Toolkit • Launched on September 24, 2013
