Use those notes to help complete a character analysis chart. • First of all, the left side of the chart will ask you to characterize Baba. You will find quotes that you think show strong characterization of Baba. • Secondly, decide whether that quote is direct or indirect characterization. Then explain thoroughly your inference about that quote: What does this quote show about Baba’s character? • Finally, in the right column, infer how you think this trait affects Amir.
