  1. Main Unit Establishment the main step in wireless allocation is to calibrate the main unit receiver. During the establishment process the receiver selects the best RF channel according to the background noise in the installation environment. • Go to address [9191] (Programming > Devices > RF Network > Establishment) 2. The iConnect scans several RF channels and selects the channel with lower noise level. Confirm the channel selection by pressing on ‘V’ button.

  2. Registering a Detector • From the main menu select [9]>[1]>[1] (Programming> Devices > Zones) • Using the arrow keys, select the specific zone and press √. The system initiates Registration mode. • Send a transmission from the detector using the following method: • Open the detector's housing (tamper should be open) • Apply battery power. The detector will send a transmission. If the transmission is successfully received by the system it will play a confirmation sound. If no confirmation sound is heard send another transmission by pressing and releasing the tamper switch of the device. • After the detector is successfully registered the display shows: Save? • Press √ to confirm and continue entering other parameters for the chosen device. It is possible to press X to go back and register additional zones.

  3. Registering a Keyfob • Go to the main menu and select [9]>[1]>[2] (Programming > Devices > Keyfobs) • Select a specific keyfob using the arrow keys and press . The system initiates Registration mode. • Press a button on the keyfob, making sure that the keyfob’s green LED lights up when the button is pressed. • Note: A red LED indicates a communication problem between the keyfob and the main unit. • If Save? appears on the Control System’s LCD screen, press √.

  4. Registering a Keypad • Go to the main menu and select [9]>[1]>[3] (Programming > Devices > Keypads) • Select the keypad to be registered and press √. The system initiates Registration mode. • Insert batteries into the keypad. • Press the back tamper switch. As soon as Save? appears on the Control System’s LCD screen, press √.

  5. Registering a Siren • Go to the main menu and select [9]>[1]>[5] >[1] (Programming > Devices >Siren). The system initiates Registration mode. • Press the siren tamper switch. When Save? appears on the Control System’s LCD display, press √.

  6. Deleting a Detector • Installer menu, quick key: 9>1>2>Select zone>12> √. • Open the detector • Take out the battery • Close and hold the tamper switch • Insert battery (while the tamper is being pressed) • Within 5 seconds open the tamper and close again

  7. Deleting a Keyfob • Installer menu, quick key: 9>1>2>Select keyfob> 6> √ • Press for 10 seconds until the red led stops flashing • Press for 10 seconds until the red led stops flashing

  8. Deleting a Keypad • Installer menu, quick key: 9>1>4>Select keypad> 3> √ • Take out the keypad battery • While the back tamper switch is being pressed insert the batteries • Within five seconds open the tamper and close it once again

  9. Deleting a Siren • Installer menu, quick key: 9>1>5>5>√ • Take out the siren battery • While the back tamper switch is being pressed insert the batteries • Within five seconds open the tamper and close it once again
