Standardized Work • This is another way of saying: • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) • The difference here though is that when the SOP is made a time is recorded for every stage of the task. • Once Standardized Work is created for ALL aspects of the company then real improvement can begin as only when you have a starting point can you move from it. • And only when you have measurements can you compare future improvements
