  2. In today’s world, counterfeit medicines spread rapidly creating healthcare problems for patients, drug manufacturers, and healthcare service providers. Counterfeit medicines contain a number of unsafe ingredients such as chalk and toxic metals. They impose a threat health risk to the consumers as the patients face adverse effects such as body organ failure. An adverse events reportingsystem allows you to report the side effects of counterfeit drugs.

  3. MedSafe is a medicine reaction reporting system by medGrids on which you can directly report the adverse effects of the medicines. You need to scan the QR code for the ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction) reporting page at which you will receive pre-filled drug and reporter information.
