AD database working group Purpose: Create a set of tables that can be used for data collection and center management • Useful for new ERCs, either as starting point or off-the-shelf solution • Optional/augmentational for existing centers • Important to QRCweb development (2011) • Reduce duplicate entry • Web and Excel friendly • Doesn’t encompass financials • Provides audit trails • Serve as reference point between NSF and centers for clarifying what we’re reporting • Discussion/suggestion of data collection system to meet NSF requirements • Useful for center management purposes • Project review, annual reporting, web content management, financial dashboard • Provision for annual refresh • Forward looking: Developing a one size fits all system
