Consolidated Application and Reporting System Consolidated Application for Federal and State Categorical Funds Economic Impact Aid (LEP & SCE) Title I, Part A (Basic & Neglected) Title I, Part D Title II, Part A (Teacher & Principal Training) Title III LEP Title III Immigrant Program • The application and reporting process for state and federal categorical program funds • Annually, in June, each local educational agency (LEA) applies for funding based on program eligibility • Districts allocate money for indirect costs of administration, required reservations, programs operated by the district office, and for the programs operated at schools
