Olivia-Secretary, writes down everything that is said in the meeting, then writes up the minutes and hands them out to all of the Parliament members. Jack-Treasurer, keeps record of the money raised and spent (Clue: Remember this, you will be tested later…) (AR)

  6. Parliament Board The Parliament Board is located by the boys’ toilets, in the corridor. It gives information on when and where the next meeting is, your suggestions and things that School Parliament might change. It has minutes from the last meeting and shows who Parliament Representatives and has photos of them on it. It also has slips of paper and a pencil so you can write down your ideas! Please take time to notice it so we can improve our school. (KE)
