Additional motivation for your success: The municipality of Kula will aleinate or lease out the land at the price less than the market price or without compensation in accordance with provisions of the Law on planning an construction- If the investor employs 100 workers or more, compensation is not required. If the investor employs 100 workers or more, compensation for arrangement of construction land will be reduced for 100%. Relieve investors from municipality taxes for some utility charges and the charges for enviromental protection and inprovement over the next two years.
