Overview • Time Period? • 1,480 trained • Women: 897 • Men: 467 *Gender not ID for 116 individuals • 1,266 entered jobs (85.5%) • Women: 776 (86.5%) • Men: 415 (88.9%) • 1,127 were retained (89%) • Women: 705 (90.8%) • Men: 356 (85.8%) • 44 trainers (25 are colleges) • Average monthly earnings: $2,055 (just above FPL, family of 4)

  3. Compared to each subgroup, female earnings outcomes are lower, by an average of $428, or 16%

  4. The rate of women entering employment is slightly lower than men, but the rate of women being retained in jobs is higher than men
