  3. Practice Manager v. Facilitator Picture the scene . . . The PCT have promoted the accreditation programme. The practice has resisted because of QOF workload. Time has moved on and the practice wish to be officially signed off as a paperlight practice. The practice manager has invited the facilitator to discuss the Fast Track programme. This is what happened . . .
