When you are looking for a Consumer Court, you will find three tiers in front of you. These are the National level Consumer Court, State level Consumer Court and District level Consumer Court. For instance, if you are dealing with any amount more than one crore, you can have to file a complaint in the National level court. State level court deals with cases that involved amount more than twenty lakhs but less than one crore.
