Dare division • DARE DOT – September 16-28, 2018 • DARE STATS (See attachment #9) • Mentor meeting held 3/21/2018 (Development of new mentors, statewide video of lesson 8 bullying, locked agenda for 2018 DOT, and set training initiative for DARE continuing education, program overview, school/parent letter, and parent program. • Meeting has been requested from Missouri congress persons relating to DARE – Rep. Vicky Hartzler (Adam Timmerman -816-84-3411). • April 19, 2018 National DARE DAY

Sro division • SRO Conference – August 4-7,2018 (Tan-Tar-A) • BASIC SRO TRAINING – June 4-8, 2018 (MPCCF Headquarters) • ADVANCED SRO TRAINING – October 22-25, 2018 (MPCCF Headquarters) • Patrol contact with schools for permission to have troopers walk school halls and present training.   15. Certification division • Certification training scheduled for Today at 1:00 P.M. • New tracking system will be demonstrated today at 1:00 p.m. • Presentation made to Ozark City Council on March 5, 2018 • Overland PD On-Site scheduled for May 31-June 1, 2018

  16. Command College division • April Command college will meet April 16-20, 2018 • Command College Graduation will be may 25, 2018 • Next command college will begin November 5-9, 2018

  27. Requests & announcements • 11th Annual C.O.P.S. National Golf Tournament seeking MPCA to list MPCA as a Sponsor, put a Team in the tournament for $500 and advertise the event. Request is from Lori Matthes (573.346.4911) • Sons of Hiram wants MPCA to attend a health and wellness fair April 28, 2018 from 9 am to 1 pm. It will be held at the Prince hall Masonic Hall at 22oo prospect, kC, MO.

  28. Old business • Finalizations of bids for painting. • New training tables from surplus property. • Scheduling new roof. • Communication system update.

  29. NEW BUSINESS • Emails for office – provider no longer supporting pop – Moving to exchange Server. • Will be expanding virtual locations (Current – St. Joe, Kirksville, Popular Bluff, Springfield) expanding to 5 more locations in the next quarter. • MPCA/MPCCF Social Media Plan – Chiefs UTUBE Channel, FACE BOOK, Twitter, to include PSA, Member spotlights, department spot lights, ect.
