  1. Best Wines to Pair with American Food As America is known as the motherland of fast food, you may think it is hard to combine this type of food with the best grenache wines or other type of wine. But who said fast food and wine couldn’t go together? The beauty of wine is that it can be paired with almost any type of meal. Today we will try to pair American (both Americas BTW) food with wine. Burgers and Wine As we talk about American food, burgers are the first thing that comes to one’s mind. Actually, there are already so many types of burgers that it is hard to state a single wine that matches all the burgers in the world. But one thing is certain-they are fatty. The fattiness of the meat, as well as any creamy, fluffy toppings, helps to cut through some of the wine’s acidity. Chardonnay is, in our opinion, the greatest white wine to serve with burgers. Wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike like the full-bodied, mature flavor of good Chardonnay wine. Many people love this wine’s flamboyant charms and mild acidity, and the lack of a strong fragrance makes it a great drink to mix with everything.

  2. Taco Bell Food and Wine Taco Bell is a fast-food restaurant chain that specializes in Mexican-inspired cuisine and is located in Irvine, California. This is a good mix of two Americas which needs good wine. Regardless of what new cheesy taco awesomeness is introduced to the menu, this will always be a mainstay of the Taco Bell experience. It may be a snack, a meal, or even a taco side dish—the possibilities are unlimited! Include the jalapeño sauce as well; it gives the chicken quesadilla a creamy, spicy dimension that propels it to the top of the list! There’s no better wine to go with your authentic Mexican quesadilla than a wonderful and polished Pinot Noir bottle. Brownies and Wine

  3. When wine is served with sweets, especially those containing dark chocolate, it becomes naughty. Finding the ideal dessert and wine pairing might be difficult because you don’t need a bitter wine, but a sweet wine may be too sweet. Continue reading for several tips and, most importantly, to learn what wine pairs best with brownies. When choosing a wine to pair with brownies, stick to dry, dark wines like Red Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Dry red wines will complement the brownies’ chocolate flavors while also standing up to their richness. BBQ/Grill with Grenache Grenache wine goes well with savory, grilled meats, smokey BBQ sauces, and even roasted vegetables, all of which have smoky or charred notes. Enjoying vegetables when it is in season, ripe for harvesting, and overflowing with flavor, is an important part of living at Folded Hills. Green vegetables, on the other hand, might be difficult to match with wine due to their bitter undertones. So, if you’re going to serve greens with supper, put them on the grill. The green bitter aromas will fade, and the faint burnt tastes will accent each drink well. As all Smokey grilled is American, we insert here also chicken wings with BBQ sauce.
