  4. Student Mobility Two type: • a study at foreign university (Erasmus exchange) • a traineeship (work placement) abroad in an enterprise or NGO (like AEGEE local)

  5. Student Mobility You can have study or traineeship in each cycle of your study = you can participate several times in Student mobility You can’t have study and traineeship in same cycle Study periods: from 3 to 12 months Traineeships: from 2 to 12 months

  6. Grant size • EU grant – 150; 200; 250 EUR • National contribution – depends on country • (Regional or Local contribution) – in some cases

  7. special bonus • Students from disadvantaged backgrounds (other than those with special needs) • between 100 and 200 EUR per month. • Students in traineeships • between 100 and 200 EUR permonth. • Students from outermost Programme Countries and regions

  8. Mobility Project for Young People and Youth Workers • Activities within Programme Countries: • all participating organisations must be from a Programme Country. • Activities with Partner Countries neighbouring the EU: • the activity must involve at least one participating organisation from a Programme Country and one participating organisation from a Partner Country neighbouring the EU.

  9. Travel costs No more 70% of travel cost, amount is defined on type and distance between places. Youth Exchanges EVS

  10. Deadlines • 17 March at 12pm • 17 June and 31 December of the same year • 30 April at 12pm • 1 August of the same year and 28 February of the following year • 1 October at 12pm • 1st January and 30 September of the following year

  11. Youth Exchanges (1.1. and 3.1) • Min 5 and max 21 days of activity (not project), without travel dates • Participants • from 13 to 30 years • Min 16 and max 60 participants • Min 4 participants from one group + group leader(s) • Activity cost per day defined by table

  12. European Voluntary Service • Accreditation for participating organisations – done by National Agency (NA) in selected country or EACEA for countries without NA • Hosting accreditation – to send volunteer • Sending accreditation – to host volunteer • EVS length - Min 2 max 12 months • Maxim 30 volunteers in project

  13. Large scale EVs • at least 30 volunteers. • large-scale volunteering projects • European or worldwide events in the field of youth, culture and sport (e.g. World Youth Summits, European Capitals of Culture; European Youth Capitals, European sport championships, etc.).

  14. Youth workers’ training and networking (3.1 and 4.3) • types (seminar, training, job shadowing etc) are not definedlike in Youth in Action • Min 2 days max 2 months of activity (not project), without travel dates • No age limit • No limitation for venue • Up to 50 participants • Activity cost per day defined by table
