  3. 二、链霉素过敏试验法 • （一）皮内试验 1.评估 2.计划 3.实施 （1）皮试药液配制 （2）皮内试验 0.1ml含链霉素250u（二）链霉素过敏反应及其处理

  4. 三、破伤风抗毒素过敏试验及脱敏注射法 • （一）TAT过敏试验 1.评估 2.计划 3.实施 （1）TAT皮试液配制 （2）皮内试验：0.1ml含TAT15u皮试结果判断标准：阴性、阳性

  5. （二）TAT脱敏注射法 • 脱敏注射法是将所需TAT剂量分次少量注射进体内。 1.评估 2.计划 3.实施

  6. 四、普鲁卡因过敏试验法 • 普鲁卡因皮内试验方法：取0.25%普鲁卡因溶液0.1ml作皮内注射。 20分钟后判断反应结果。

  7. 五、细胞色素C过敏试验法 • 1.皮内试验 皮内注射0.1ml （含细胞色素C 0.075mg） 2.划痕试验 取细胞色素C原液1滴，滴于皮肤上 （每ml含细胞色素C 7.5mg）

  8. 六、头孢菌素类药物过敏试验法 • 1.皮试药液配制 2.皮内试验 如：0.1ml含先锋霉素50ug 3.其他 参阅青霉素的有关情况

  9. 教学小结 • 1、TAT试敏液的浓度 • 2、皮试阳性表现 • 3、脱敏注射法

  10. 目标检测 • 1、破伤风抗毒素停用几天后再用就需重做皮试（D） • A、5天 B、3天 C、4天 D、7天 • 2、注射链霉素发生毒性反应时急救药物是（C） • A、氯化钙 B、乳酸钙 • C、葡萄糖酸钙 D、盐酸肾上腺素 • 3、破伤风抗毒素试验液的剂量是 （A） • A.15u     B.20u      C.50u D.70u                   • 4、链霉素前需做过敏实验，其剂量为 （D） • A .0.25u      B.2.5u     C.25u D.250u
