Introduction • Department of Post provides access to transaction MIS on various products • This helps operations to track transaction data • Management uses the MIS to study performance on various parameters • Product wise MIS is displayed in web pages of the modules concerned for access through a standard browser • India Post web site provides easy access to all these pages through quick link tab

  3. The India Post website • Provides information about the department and latest activities and events • One stop source for all requirements • Can be used by customers, other stakeholders • Information and updates are available for internal use also

  5. The employee corner • Employee corner page accessed by clicking the link at the bottom of main page • Provides links to all MIS sites • Also contains info useful to staff of the department

  6. ePayment MIS • ePayment MIS reports ePayment collection and payment transactions, eVP, NPS and RMFS transaction reports • The page is accessed by general users, billers and administrators as well • Demo of the analysis

  7. eMO MIS • Use the quick link eMO to access the MIS site • Requires login authentication • Login is available for general user and administrators • General user can only view the MIS reports • Administrator can manage offices, bulk remitter and payees and perform other tasks • Tracking of eMO can be either through this page or through the main page of IndiaPost site • Demo of the MIS

RNet MIS • Use the quick link RNet in the IndiaPost site • As with other products, this site also offers a general login and also credential for administrators • The administrators create set information of RMS, due bag list of RMS etc., • General user follows up MIS and tracks article status • Watch the walk through of the site

  9. Speednet MIS • The MIS page provides data of articles handled • We only have a general login • Analysis is available on various parameters like SPC wise, Division wise, BNPL statistics etc., • Watch the demo

  10. Accounts MIS • The MIS page facilitates accounts related data • We only have a general login • MIS is presented on various aspects like product wise, category wise performance • Watch the demo

Project Arrow MIS • Data extraction tool functioning in every project arrow office updates central server with KPI related data • Project arrow program office analyses this data and presents dashboard reports • MIS is presented on performance of each office on various parameters • Circle performance is also followed through circle score card • VC is held every fortnight with Secretary chairing the meeting • Watch the demo
