  1. Methodology & Methods Methodological differences = Paradigmatic differences By “Method” we simply mean the research technique or the tool used to gather data

  2. By “Methodology” we mean the philosophy of the research process. This include the assumptions and values that serves as a rationale for interpreting data and reaching conclusions (Bailey, 1987)Keseluruhan landasan nilai-nilai (khususnya yang menyangkut filsafat keilmuan), asumsi-asumsi, etika dan norma yang menjadi aturan standar yang dipergunakan untuk menafsirkan serta menyimpulkan data penelitian, di dalamnya termasuk juga kriteria untuk menilai kualitas hasil penelitian.
