  4. Required Skills, Cont. • In-Depth Knowledge of Automated Clearing House Transactions • Understanding of the National Automated Clearing House Association’s Rules and Regulations • Knowledge of All Bank Products • Including both Deposit and Loan Products

Typical Day • There is no typical day. • Day usually includes: • Responding to/Resolving Customer Issues with Business Banking Products (150 Customers) • Verifying Proper Application of ACH Transactions and Payments, including: • Business Customers’ Payroll • Loan Payments • Automated Deposits/Credits

Typical Day, Cont. • Visiting Potential Customers in the Region • Attend Community Events to Network with Community Leaders/Business Owners • Presenting Benefits/Costs of Products to Potential Business Customers • Visit Existing Customers to Maintain a Good Relationship • Determine their “extra” needs • Establish a solid line of communication for problems • Fix Problems and Implement Solutions to these problems
