System Requirements • Outputs • Visitors, Clients, and Snug Employees are able to view courses and services offered, as well as calendar events • Clients may view their pet profiles • Employees may generate a daily printout of courses being taught • Employees may generate a daily printout of pets coming in for training • Clients may view the progress of their pets currently in training

Inputs • One login and password • Clients must login with username and password to view pet profiles and progress • Employees must login with username and password in order to add or edit client information, pet profiles, progress reports, and calendar events • Veterinarians must create pet profile during orientation and examination of dog which will include its identity as well as medical history • Trainers will enter notes on how dogs are doing in training for pet owners to view online

Controls • The system must provide log-on security at the operating system level and at the application level • Users of the system are only to be added, edited, or deleted by a manager • System will be fully accessible to all employed by Snug’s Pet Resort who hold the title of: Veterinarian, Manager, and Trainer • Receptionist will only be able to print out daily reports of courses conducted, class rosters, and adding new clients
