The concept • Current offerings by Service Providers cover basic needs with significant revenue potential • Citizens demand and Municipalities wish to deliver a whole number of citizen-oriented services over the same infrastructure • Municipalities have the intention and the appropriate user base to proceed with advanced service delivery, funding part of the initial investment cost • Appropriate measurements must be carried out and related business models must be developed, for real-life validation of framework Enhanced, Citizen-related service bundle by Municipalities Existing services by Commercial Service Providers Usefulness to Citizen Breadth of Offered Services
