SPG Coordination – key components to success • Coordination between the TEPPC recognized SPGs must improve • Exchange data among SPGs • Long-term system plans • Long-term resource plans • Generation interconnection information • Demand forecasts • Other data as needed • Collaboration through existing processes • Reciprocal exchange of information • Simultaneous feasibility of transmission plans • Identify potential areas of efficiency • Consistent us of common assumptions

  3. SPG coordination – what are some basic steps • A better understanding of the governances/tariffs of the TEPPC recognized SPGs is needed • Revisit the SCG charter and revise to provide process around collaboration • Develop semi-formal inter-SPG agreements
