  2. Celebrate WSP 125 Anniversary NEWSLETTER IT’S TIME TO START PLANNING FOR WEST ST. PAUL’S NIGHT TO UNITE CELEBRATION!!! Night to Unite encourages law enforcement and communities to strengthen neighborhoods by getting to know one another. August 5th brings community involvement one step closer to help promote safety and communication within our city blocks. To our returning block leaders, “Welcome Back, we are excited to have you again this year”. To first time block party leaders, “Have No Worries”. We are here to help you with the entire planning process. We want to make your party a positive experience - one that you will always remember. This year, Night to Unite will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. This is your chance to join forces with your neighbors and take a stand against crime in West St. Paul. NEW THIS YEAR! Help Neighbors, Inc fill their Food Shelf ! Collect food from party goers at your Night to Unite party. Neighbors will supply block captains with a plastic bag to help collect the food. Important Dates: July 29thDeadline for registration and blocking your street. July 29-August 5thParty Coordinators' Pack. Pick up at the West St. Paul Police Department from 800am to 430pm. *No pick up available Saturday or Sunday* August 5th Thank-you Luncheon for block leaders11:00am to 1:00pm at the Municipal Center1616 Humboldt Ave. August 5th NTU August 6th-August 8th Block Captains bring your bags full of food to the police department.
