  2. 一、回家作業 • 病人安全活動成果摘要表：如講義附件一，請於10月20(一)前，e-mail至ps@tjcha.org.tw • 依實際出席情形及作業成果繳交狀況授予完訓證明獎狀唷!

  3. 二、分享病人安全活動成果 • 若於回家作業繳交後，後續醫院有舉辦相關活動，有意願將成果分享給我們，可以彙整後e-mail分享，格式不拘 • E-mail: ps@tjcha.org.tw

  4. 三、加入社團-病安守護者 • 執行方式:申請 facebook 帳號，加入「病安守護者」社團。 • 病安守護者facebook: -psaw.tw@gmail.com -艾心寶擔任活動發起人 -社團為「不公開」 • 不定期舉辦活動，ex.按讚。 • 不定期刊登病安相關訊息， 歡迎大家分享病安活動花絮、心得

  5. 加入病安守護者社團的步驟-1 • 以e-mail信箱申請一個Facebook帳號 • 將您的e-mail信箱提供給ps@tjcha.org.tw • 登入Facebook搜尋「病安守護者」 • 點選加入社團

  6. 加入病安守護者社團的步驟-2 • 艾心寶會收到您的訊息並批准 • 完成加入病安守護者社團！ • 可以在此發表您的做法與心得，也可以分享活動照片跟影片喔！

  7. 加入病安守護者社團的步驟-3 • 如果隔一陣子都沒有看到回應怎麼辦？ • 找到艾心寶，發訊息提醒她～
