  1. Using NatMobile, our secure and user-friendly mobile banking app, you can bank on your phone or tablet with ease and convenience. There are two ways to access mobile banking: USSD – Dial *625# on your mobile device and follow the instructions to access NatMobile via USSD. NatMobileApp –Get the NatMobile App from the Google Play Store and install it right now.

Why choose Mobile Banking  Mobile Banking Advantages  24/7 access - Use your mobile device to conveniently access your bank account at any time of day.  Convenience: You can view account activity, purchase airtime, pay for utilities, and access other services from anywhere at any time without having to go to your local branch.  Fast loans: Receive low-cost, short-term loans instantly on your smartphone.  High security - Resilient and safe authentication procedures to guarantee the safety of your mobile app's transactions.

  3. The ability to view the balances of every registered account for mobile banking is known as balance inquiry. Account to Mpesa (own or other number) transfers are included in mobile money. Payments: Easily pay for your school fees, DSTV, GOTV, Star Times, Nairobi Water, and KPLC postpaid. With mVisa, one can pay for goods and services or send money freely from person to person (P2P).

How to Download the NatMobile App on Your Phone  Android Phones  Open your phone's internet browser.  Try searching for NatMobile in the Google Play Store, download it, and then launch the app.  Make use of your mobile number and active mobile ba nking PIN to activate the application.(Whatever you ut ilize for *625#)

  7. i-Phones  Turn on the internet on your phone.  Open the App Store and look up NatMobile.  Install the application after downloading it.  To get the app to work, enter *625#. submityour current mobile banking PIN, which is the same as *625#.  Choose the option for account management.  Go to the App Self Activation menu.

  8. i-Phones  The registered mobile number with NatMobile will rec eive a code.  To activate the app, enter the code on the screen.  To access the platform, simply follow the instructions a nd enteryour mobile numberand PIN from your curre nt mobile banking.(What you employ with *625#)
