  4. Human & Physical Features Did you know Chad’s passenger cars per 1,000 people is 3! In contrast, the United States has 789 passenger cars per 1,000 people. The life expectancy in Chad is 50.7 years, while the life expectancy in the United States is 78.2. In addition, the birthrate in Chad is 45.5, when the birthrate in the United States is 14. The infant mortality in Chad is 119.2, but the infant mortality in the United States is 6.3. The doctors per 100,000 people in Chad is 4, The doctors per 100,000 people in the United States is 256. In conclusion Chad is not as an improved country as the United States is but I think within the next maybe 20 years Chad will became as good as a country as the United States is.

  5. Flag of Chad The blue stripe on the flag of Chad represents the sky, hope, agriculture, and the waters in the south of Chad. In comparison the yellow stripe symbolizes the sun. In addition, the red stripe stands for progress, unity, and sacrifice. The flag of Chad was adopted on November 6, 1959. In addition the flag of Chad is the same as the flag of Romania. In conclusion, the flag of Chad has many meanings for each stripe on the flag.

  7. Religions in Chad Did you know, Islam and Christianity are the two main religions in Chad? Also, Islam’s origin and history can be traced back to Muhammad in 622 AD in Saudi Arabia. What about Christianity’s origins? Well, Christianity has about two billion followers worldwide. In addition, Islam’s God(s) and universe is one God who is a trinity of father, son, and the Holy Spirit. In conclusion there are many interesting facts about the religions practiced in Chad.

  9. Animals, Plants, & Natural Resources Did you know that China is home to the fastest land mammal on earth? The cheetah is the world’s fastest land mammal. In addition, the capybara is the largest rodent in the world. There are also some plants in Chad like the papyrus. The papyrus is a thin paper like material. In Chad there are also water lilies. Water lilies have rounded leaves. A natural resource in Chad is Petroleum. The Petroleum industry began in 1859. In, conclusion Chad is home to the worlds fastest land mammal, the capybaras, water lilies, Petroleum.

Climate - Weather - The composite or generally prevailing weather conditions of a region - It is usually warm in chad. Hazard - Danger - An unavoidable danger or risk - droughts happen in Chad. Literacy - Ability to read or write - The quality or state of being literate - Age 15 and over can read and write French or Arabic. Suffrage - Age to vote - The right to vote - 18 years of age is the suffrage in Chad.
