Project Aims • to increase coverage of superfast broadband (above 20 mega bits per second) to at least 97% of premises in the project area and basic broadband (2Mbits/s) to the remainder. • to ensure that ICT is at the heart of the way Public Services are delivered leading to innovation & efficiency savings – optimising further investment • to ensure that households and businesses are encouraged to exploit superfast broadband to its full potential – supporting economic growth & strengthening community connectivity for social benefit

Our objectives for today • To introduce you to a fully funded package of Business Support • Including eligibility criteria and how the programme works • A 12 hour support package which combines adviser support and masterclasses designed for business owners • To give you the opportunity to review the needs of your business • Continuously increasing quality and reducing cost • Identifying & accessing ‘ideal customers’ who will pay for the value you deliver • Responding to changes in Buyer behaviour • Productivity to generate a new work:life balance
